Proposal	We wish to remove a sycamore tree adjacent to the river Loden which is on our land. We had the sycamore seeds tested by the Royal Veterinary College for the level of hypoglycin in the seeds, the report came back with high risk to horses 108.1 ug/g. The seeds contain the highest possible level of toxins which can easily kill horses. The tree will be removed and disposed of safely. Due to the urgency of this we want to apply for an emergency 5 day removal of dangerous tree
